Buyer Protection
Buying a collector car from a distance should feel as safe as buying it in person. Here's exactly how we protect you — included with every acquisition, at no extra cost.
History & document checks
Before any car is listed, we review its registration papers, service records, restoration invoices and, where available, factory archive data. Chassis, engine and gearbox numbers are checked against the documents supplied.
Strict seller guidelines
Every private seller commissions us under a written mandate. They must prove ownership, disclose known faults and supply complete, honest photography. Listings that fail our standards are never published.
Secure payments
All payments are made by SEPA or Swift bank transfer into Marque Heritage's segregated client account. Funds are only released to the seller once the purchase agreement is countersigned and delivery is under way.
7-day home trial
Once the car arrives, you have seven days to drive it (up to 150 km) and have it checked by your own specialist. If it isn't right, we collect it at no cost and refund 100% of the purchase price within 48 business hours.
Shipping & insurance
Cars travel only in fully enclosed professional carriers, insured at full market value from collection to your door, with a live tracking link throughout.
Trust & concierge team
A dedicated concierge handles your file from first enquiry to handover, and our team monitors every listing and transaction for anything unusual.
